Acceptable use
EnhancerPro is for clarifying photos you have the right to edit. It is not for abuse, evidence theatre, or stripping someone else’s work.
Never upload
Sexual or exploitative images of anyone under 18. Non-consensual intimate images. Images whose only purpose is to harass, stalk, or identify a private person against their will. Content you do not have rights to process.
Tools we will not ship
Watermark removal, face swaps, undress filters, and text-to-image generation are out of scope. Do not use the enhancer to strip another person’s mark or to fabricate a document.
Honest use of results
Do not present an enhanced or upscaled image as an original, unedited capture in news, insurance, court, or a dispute. Say that it was processed. Do not rely on it to read a plate, a face, or a document that was not readable before.
Enforcement
We may refuse a job, delete files, and close an account that breaks these rules. This version does not include an automated nudity or CSAM classifier. The owner must connect one, such as a Cloudflare scanning option or a commercial moderator, before public launch.
EnhancerPro is a product prepared for Nimbuly Apps. The legal entity name, registered address, company number, and governing law are intentionally blank until the owner fills them in. Do not describe a company that has not been formed.
