Terms
You can cancel a subscription at any time. It stops renewing at the end of the period you already paid for. The first purchase of a credit pack, and the first charge of a subscription, can be refunded within 14 days if fewer than 15% of that pack’s credits, or fewer than 15% of that period’s subscription credits, have been used. Credits already spent are not refunded. Paddle or Lemon Squeezy, acting as the merchant of record, processes the refund. This wording is a draft and needs a lawyer’s review before EnhancerPro takes public payments.
The service
EnhancerPro clarifies and enlarges photographs. The free path runs on your device. The paid path spends credits on cloud processing. Results can look sharper than the camera file. They are not a guarantee of recovered fact.
Accounts and credits
You need an email address for an account. Free accounts receive 5 cloud credits each week, which do not stack above 5. Pack credits are meant not to expire. Subscription credits roll over only up to the cap shown on the pricing page: 900 on Plus and 3,600 on Pro.
Credits are spent when a cloud job succeeds. A failed job is not charged. On-device jobs do not spend credits.
Your photos
You keep your rights in the photos you upload. You give the operator a limited permission to host and process them for the retention window so we can return a result. You confirm you have the right to upload them. We do not take a licence to train models.
Acceptable use
The acceptable use page is part of these terms. In short: no sexual images of minors, no non-consensual intimate images, no watermark removal, no face swaps, and no presenting an enhanced file as untouched evidence.
Payments and refunds
Paid checkout is provided by Paddle or Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. The refund wording on the pricing page, the refunds page, and this section is the same text and must stay that way.
Disclaimer
The service is provided as available. We do not warrant that a result is accurate, complete, or fit for a legal, medical, or identification purpose. AI and classical filters can both create halos, odd texture, or a false sense of clarity.
Liability and law
A liability cap and a governing law clause belong here only after a lawyer writes them for the real company. They are intentionally omitted rather than invented.
EnhancerPro is a product prepared for Nimbuly Apps. The legal entity name, registered address, company number, and governing law are intentionally blank until the owner fills them in. Do not describe a company that has not been formed.
