Refunds and cancellation
You can cancel a subscription at any time. It stops renewing at the end of the period you already paid for. The first purchase of a credit pack, and the first charge of a subscription, can be refunded within 14 days if fewer than 15% of that pack’s credits, or fewer than 15% of that period’s subscription credits, have been used. Credits already spent are not refunded. Paddle or Lemon Squeezy, acting as the merchant of record, processes the refund. This wording is a draft and needs a lawyer’s review before EnhancerPro takes public payments.
The rule, stated once
The paragraph at the top of this page is the same refund wording used on the pricing page and in the terms. If those ever disagree, treat that as a bug and fix the shared text before you take a payment.
How to ask
Use the receipt email from Paddle or Lemon Squeezy, or the contact page with the topic Billing. Include the email on the account and the date of purchase. Demo credits created while payment keys are absent are not a purchase and cannot be refunded because no money moved.
What is not refunded
Credits already spent on successful cloud jobs. A second purchase when the first one was already refunded under the first-purchase window. Chargebacks filed while a refund request is open.
EnhancerPro is a product prepared for Nimbuly Apps. The legal entity name, registered address, company number, and governing law are intentionally blank until the owner fills them in. Do not describe a company that has not been formed.
